Spiral mixers with removable bowl are modern devices with a solid and proven design, enabling the production of dough of various consistency and composition. The applied construction solutions ensure intensive and efficient kneading of the dough and obtaining its best technological parameters through perfect aeration and loosening with the careful mixing of raw materials.
A touchscreen control panel is available as standard, while a membrane panel can also be selected as an option.
The GTOUCH system offers several wireless radios:
– Intuitive external interface and convenient control. – Energy consumption meter allows the use of electrical energy. – Work cycle history log allows for registration authorization and verification. – Possibility to assign a product photo to the program. – Setting a screen saver, e.g. with a company logo, supports branding and personalization of the device. – Update the program and the USB port connection programming program, as well as service. – Sound signals and error codes inform or incorrect parameter settings and practice disruptions.
The mixers perform exceptionally well even with very small amounts of ingredients — starting from just 5% of the bowl’s capacity. This makes them suitable for both large-scale and smaller productions. The devices are extremely intuitive to use, featuring a clear touch control panel, energy-efficient LED lighting, and precise temperature measurement. The mixers comply with European CE safety standards, making them an ideal choice for any professional kitchen, bakery, or foodservice establishment.
With an inverter installed in each model, the devices can be used for different purposes in the baking and pastry industries.
