Spiral mixers with fixed bowl are excellent for the processes of mixing and kneading of dough. They are effective in preparing wheat dough, yeast dough, and heavy-consistency dough. Thanks to the special profile of the mixing tool, they ensure a uniform blending of all dough ingredients, even with small quantities not exceeding 5% of the bowl volume.

  • Possible adjustment of rotations by a technologist at the first and second speed – an individual selection of dough mixing speed.
  • Even mixing of all dough ingredients, even in small amounts, not exceeding 5% of the bowl capacity.

The applied design solutions ensure intensive and efficient mixing of the dough and obtaining its best technological parameters through perfect aeration and loosening with the precise mixing of raw materials. The bodies of the mixers are made of varnished steel.

On request, the body can be made of stainless steel. A bowl, spiral and dough guide bar made of acid-resistant steel. Electric box made of stainless steel in standard. Intuitive control panel, LED backlight of the bowl and precise temperature measurement.
