IBIS specializes in the production of bakery bowl tilters, which enable quick and efficient emptying of the mixing bowl’s contents. Our tilters are designed to handle various types of bowls. The devices allow tipping in multiple directions: to the right, to the left, and forward. Additionally, there is an option to adjust the tipping position in the bakery by +/- 10 centimeters.
An optional scraper can be attached to the tilter, serving as an automatic cleaning tool that removes dough residues from the bowl. This practical solution helps maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the machine while saving the bakery staff time and effort. The scraper effectively removes leftover dough from the inside of the bowl, which is important for maintaining both high product quality and hygiene in the production process.
The IBIS bowl tilter for mixers can be made of high-grade stainless steel upon special request. This bakery machine model stands out for its high lifting capacity (up to 700 kg). The short lifting time ensures efficient and effective operation. Thanks to the tilter, employees no longer need to manually lift or remove the contents of the bowl.
