IBIS has a long-standing tradition in the design and production of bakery and confectionery machinery. The company emerged from the transformation of Spomasz — an enterprise that played an important role in the development of the Polish bakery and confectionery machinery industry.
The current owner, Marek Jeż, began his business activity in 2011. Following the acquisition of the IBIS brand in 2014, the company entered a period of intensive modernization and expansion of its production facilities. Since 2024, the company has operated as a limited liability company.

Own production hall and modern, fully equipped machine park
IBIS is developing dynamically. In 2026, the company’s new headquarters was put into use in Szubin, at Fabryczna 2 Street. The facility covers 7,200 m² and includes a modern production and assembly hall, an administrative and office area with social facilities, and a warehouse with a capacity of 600 pallet spaces. An important element of the investment is also a 250 m² showroom and an bakery laboratory These spaces make it possible to present and test equipment, as well as to develop new technological solutions in cooperation with clients
IBIS is equipped with a modern machine park and advanced technological infrastructure. The company operates 10 turning and milling machining centers. The largest milling machine has a table length of 4.5 meters. In addition, we use 3 laser cutting machines. They can cut sheets up to 30 mm thick. We also have a 3D laser for cutting tubes and profiles, with the ability to process elements up to 350 mm in diameter. Our infrastructure also includes an automatic 30-level sheet metal warehouse with a load capacity of 130 tons, as well as 20 welding stations. This inftrastructure allows us to carry out most production processes in-house, ensuring full control over quality and enabling us to provide comprehensive, highest-level service to our customers.
