Dividing and forming sets

UIt enables production of different kind of bread (from wheat, rye or mixed flour). It's Efficiency is up to 2400 pcs./h, Dough pieces weight range is betwee 400 - 1500 grmas.

The line consist of:

• Piston or cassette system dough divider, efficiency between 1080 - 2400 pcs./ h, weight range from 140 up to 1400 g
• Conical rounder ZS, output up to 3000 pcs./ h, weight range 400 - 1500 g
• Intermediate proofer set (under ceiling version), output up to 2400 bites/h, dough pieces range 400 up to 1500g
• Dough elongating machine WTW, efficiency up to 2400 pcs/h, pieces weight range 150 - 1500 g
